This casserole is pure comfort food. It's worth the extra half-hour at the gym!

Canned Goods
  • 2 10.75-ounce cans98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, fat free
Condiments
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
Pasta & Grains
  • 7 oz Spaghetti, thin
Baking & Spices
  • 1 Salt and pepper
Dairy
  • 1 tbsp Butter, salted
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese, sharp
  • 1 cup Milk, nonfat
  • 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese
