Chiles #Rellenos #Casserole


This casserole is Weight Watchers friendly, but it also makes for an easy and delicious dinner!






Ingredients

  • 8 oz Ground chicken or turkey

  • 2 4-ounce cansGreen chiles, whole
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 1 Red onion and cilantro
Refrigerated
  • 2 Egg whites, large
  • 2 Eggs, large
Canned Goods
  • 1 16-ounce canRefried beans, fat free
Condiments
  • 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
Baking & Spices
  • 1/3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1 3/4 tsp Cumin, ground
Dairy
  • 1 cup Colby-jack cheese
  • 1 1/3 cups Milk, nonfat
