A classic stir-fry of shrimp and broccoli made weeknight-friendly with the aid of the freezer.





Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tsp Ginger, fresh
  • 1 Scallion, medium
  • 1/2 Yellow onion, medium
Condiments
  • 1/4 cup Tamari or soy sauce
Pasta & Grains
  • 1 Rice
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar, packed light
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds, toasted
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil, toasted Asian
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
Beer, Wine & Liquor
  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine or dry sherry
