Kashmiri dum aloo is a very famous Kashmiri recipe made using baby potatoes simmered in a yogurt based gravy flavored with dry ginger powder and fennel.

- 1 tsp Ginger, Dry powder
- 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli, powder
- 1 cup Onion

- 2 Cardamom, Green
- 3 Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala, powder
- 5 Peppercorns, Black
- 1 Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric, powder

- 4 tbsp Mustard oil
- 1 Oil

- 1 1/2 cup Yogurt
