A beautiful special occasion cake, this is two layers of red velvet cake with cheesecake in the middle. The whole cake is covered with cream cheese frosting.

• 2 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
• 1/4 cup Food coloring, red
• 2 1/2 cups Powdered sugar
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 tsp Salt
• 6 tsp Vanilla
• 2 1/4 cup White sugar, granulated

Oils & Vinegars

• 1 1/2 cups Vegetable or canola oil
• 2 tsp White vinegar

Dairy

• 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted
• 1 cup Buttermilk
• 4 8-ounce packagesCream cheese
• 1/3 cup Heavy whipping cream
• 1/3 cup Sour cream
