  • 1 tbsp Ginger, fresh

  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 1 Sweet potato (about 1 lb.), small
Canned Goods
  • 1 13 oz can Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 4 cups Vegetable or chicken broth
Condiments
  • 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 Sriracha
